How many full-time employees are on their staff?
ETS is currently comprised of 21 regional hubs. Each hub has approximately 20 to 60 technicians depending on the size of the hub.
Do they have a support staff?
At ETS, we have a full support staff to back up our IT Managers and partner with you on specific projects. Our support staff includes Scheduling, Sales, Account Management, Project Management, and Accounting. We have specific, trained individuals working in each area to support our team and clients with the best possible service.
Can you tour their facility?

While most IT companies are huddled in cramped, disorganized offices, we take pride in offering our team members and clients with a stimulating environment. This environment is the primary location where we centralize our help desk support and network operations center.
How long have they been in business?
ETS has been in business since March 1999. We’re not a fly by night operation that could go under at any moment. Many have come and gone, but we’ve endured because we’re passionate about what we do... and doing it right.
Do they have appropriate certifications?
ETS is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) following best practices encompassed in the ITSM (Information Technology Service Management). Collectively, we manage over 18,000 users and 1600 servers. Essentially, we bring large-scale IT management to small to mid-sized companies – something most of them could never accomplish on their own.
Since our first year of business, we have been a Microsoft Certified Partner and an Dell Authorized Service Provider. We are a Sonicwall Gold Partner and a top provider of Cisco products. Our IT Managers hold over 30 individual Microsoft Certified Professional certifications.
